USAID/GUINEA IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION :      

USAID  HUMAN RESOURCES CLERK

Position is open to all Guinean nationals and those eligible for permanent residence and authorization to work in Guinea

BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

The Job holder performs a variety of personnel clerical and administrative duties in the personnel unit. The HR Clerk is assigned to the USAID/Guinea Executive Office (EXO), and reports directly to the USAID Human Resources (HR) Specialist. The HR Clerk will perform work of a confidential nature, when the HR Assistant will be on vacation, or otherwise absent or preoccupied for varying periods of time. HR Clerk may perform other office functions appropriate for their training and grade level.

Education Completion of Secondary Schooling is required.

Work experience: Two years of administrative/clerical experience in human resources or professional office environment is required

Language Proficiency:    Level IV (fluent) oral and written English and French language capability is required.
