II. Organizational Context and Scope

L’Organisation Internationale pour les Migrations en Guinée met en œuvre plusieurs projets tous différents dans leur approche et l’Unité Achat and Logistique joue un rôle clé pour assurer le suivi et l’inventaire des biens mobiliers et immobiliers mis à disposition et contrôle interne.

III. Responsibilities and Accountabilities

· Receive PRs and record them in the Register Book before purchase process at Procurement and Log department.

· Receive invoices and record in the Invoice Tracking Tool including close monitoring of payments to suppliers in keeping liaise with Finance

· Perform the E-filing of all the POs as soon as accepted by vendors

· Ensure proper filing of documents

· Assist to track deliveries.

· Assist to draft tax exemption letters for the customs clearance process

IV. Required Qualifications and Experience

· A high school diploma, coupled with extensive on-the-job training, is the minimum education requirement for prospective procurement clerks.

· A certificate or associate degree in procurement, supply chain management or a related field from a technical school or community college is preferable

· Strong reading, speaking and writing skills.

· Good working knowledge of administrative procedures, as well as various computer applications and programs.

· Solid communication and administrative skills

Advantageous
Fluency in French is required.

 

Working knowledge of English is an advantage.
